Kabootar League Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Kabootar League mobile app, published by Indusvibe Apps. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how users can contact us.

Kabootar League is a pigeon tournament management and results app. It does not provide betting, gambling, deposits, withdrawals, real-money wagering, or real-money gaming features.

1. Information We Collect

Account informationName, email address, authentication user ID, and login-related information needed to create and manage an account.
Tournament contentTournament title, city/location text entered by users, creator name, participants/loft names, village/city text, pigeon result records, landing time records, announcements, and public tournament information created in the app.
User activitySaved tournaments, likes, follows, reports, moderation actions, and app interaction events used to provide app features and improve reliability.
Device and app informationApp version, device type, diagnostics, crash or error-related information if available, advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, and similar technical data collected through Firebase, Google AdMob, or analytics/advertising services.
Local/offline dataThe app may store cached tournaments, records, and pending offline changes on the user’s device to improve speed and support offline use.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide tournament creation and result features, show saved tournaments, enable likes and follows, publish announcements, support offline cache, respond to reports, prevent misuse, improve app performance, and provide advertising-supported app access.

3. Public Tournament Information

Information published in a tournament, such as tournament details, participant names, villages/cities, records, results, announcements, creator name, and public statistics, may be visible to other app users. Users should not publish private, sensitive, misleading, abusive, or illegal content.

4. Advertising and Analytics

Kabootar League may use Google AdMob and Firebase services. These services may collect and process device identifiers, advertising ID, app interactions, diagnostics, and IP-derived approximate location to provide advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell users’ personal information. We may share information with service providers such as Firebase and Google AdMob to operate the app, store data, authenticate users, provide analytics, show ads, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.

6. User-Generated Content and Moderation

Kabootar League allows users or organizers to create tournament-related content. We prohibit harmful, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, illegal, misleading, gambling-related, animal cruelty, or violent content. The app may provide report and moderation tools. Reported content may be reviewed, hidden, removed, or otherwise moderated.

7. Children

Kabootar League is not directed to children under 13 and is not submitted as a children or family app. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide app features, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain app records. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting us. Some public tournament records may be retained where needed for moderation, security, backups, legal compliance, or legitimate app operation.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including Firebase security features and encrypted network connections where available, to protect data. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. International Processing

Information may be processed on servers operated by Firebase, Google, or other service providers in different countries.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
